They are unloading the cargo and most likely have unloaded the pax...so I doubt there is an issue.

The most exciting thing about this story so far was that one of the guys was maintaining cernterline on the taxiway. They didn't even mention it but as a CFI it stood out to me.

Well....it's over. No problem. Blaming it on delta employees. One thing that struck me as ridiculous during all this was that foreign countries have 30 minutes after a plane departs to send the pax manifest to homeland security. hahaha...that will do a lot of good.
