Coming from the airlines I always had a first class medical now I am a captain on a corporate jet so my question is do I need a first class medical to fly a corporate jet with passengers aboard under part 91 or do I just need a second class medical if any body knows the reg I would like to know the number 61.xx 91.xx 67.xx

Just a second class under 91.

I'd find a reg for you, but the FAR webiste it down.

A second class is fine. Good for that operation for 1 yr. I have flown for 2 Fortune 500 companies and at one we all got 1st Class once/yr. letting them lapse to 2nd Class priviledges. The other we all just got 2nd Class Medicals once per year.

Word of wisdom from an old Chief Pilot, never get a first if you don't need it for the job or job you are applying for. You can flunk a first when you would not flunk a second, EKG, Eyes, etc. Something to think about.
