10 worst on customer side of the issue, what about labor? I guess the general public doesn't care about that.
 
Every time I hit that button I was thinking "Please not us... not us"

This may be of little interest but I heard yesterday that CAL is running at a 89.5% on time rating which is simply unheard of! The Weather and Flow control Gods are smiling on us! I guess its a little break between last summers torture and the impending Blizzard this winter.
 
So what?

If Joe Q. Public can save $5.00 on a fare, he will fly any airline. Brand loyalty is long gone.

Besides, now-a-days they all suck. You get what you pay for, Mr. Redneck Trailer Trash.
 
I guess the general public doesn't care about that.

Why would they?
 
They would ship themselves FedEx if it saved them money and it were legal. Oh snap!!! I just may have opened Pandora's box.
