Everyone who moved on had a minimum of 11 years invested “here”.

The fact that we escaped your dreamy little sweat shop neither makes our opinions invalid or does it mean we have no vested interest in the company. We sunk plenty of time and effort into FJ, have friends who are still there and had to give up a minimum of 11 years of seniority so as not to live on our knees before 2NN.

You’re kinda terrible at actually arguing points, or keeping your story straight. Mainly you come here to tell others what they’re not. Or to threaten them with a belly bump I guess as a buffet line is about the only thing you’d intimidate.

So here we are. Slapping down your half truths. They’re so easy to spot, because God knows you never paid a dime of dues, opened a union email, educated yourself on union versus company proposals or even bothered to figure out how the process actually works as evidenced by your assertions that Flex narrowly fended off the the Teamsters before.

I look forward to seeing your ilk dragging a$$ into the airport terminal after a 7-9 day trip full of 10 and 24’s, aircraft swaps, crappy hotels and rolling rest. You’ll have earned it. Now scurry along. I’m sure you’ve got some porn to view on your company phone and WiFi enroute somewhere.

Just pure strangeness.

those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.......

Just curious: given the great job market for pilots, how many of the 220 have already left or are seriously considering leaving?

Good question. If things are so great for pilot employment, why is any unhappy, abused pilot staying in place ? The same question can be asked all around the world.

I would challenge you to see how long it takes to get an interview invite after putting your stuff in, networking, attending job fairs and meet and greets and have all the nice stuff on your resume to boot.

I know numerous FJ pilots making every effort to leave that are at the mercy of the vagaries of pilot candidate selection, and stuck in place.

It still takes time to switch jobs. I know six pilots who have class dates. I've got a couple interviews upcoming and I know at least twenty more who have resumes out and interviews pending. I'm not a big network type, so I'm thinking there are at least double that number who I don't talk to who are trying to move on. Ahand there are more who are over 60 who are not leaving, but will retire if it gets worse than it is.

#Fakenews. I'm a new hire at FJ and can tell you that I plan to stay. Thanks to KR I'm also better paid than my counterparts at NJ. NJASAP should be scared.

The first rule of trolling is to not suck at it.
