I saw them at DFW yesterday, then heard them again on the radio when I was coming back from LBB.
Just curious. Thanks.
 
Alpine Air is a 135 cargo outfit based in Utah I believe. They operate 1900's and 99's.....perhaps some other types as well.
 
It's a pay for training outfit in Provo, UT. They have a "second officer" program, and advertise in various magazines. I flew one of their aircraft once (not for Alpine; it was leased to another firm). It was later determined that the landing gear had been damaged, the repair very mishandled, the wrong diameter bolts usein the gear trunions, etc. Not a pretty sight. Don't know what their current status is.
