I was filling out an application for Airnet Express and they asked if I had the requirements for 135 operations. Which I do.....but then in the same question they asked if I hold a 8410. Which I do not. Just wanted to know what a 8410 is.

8410-3 is a airman competency/proficiency check form. This is used for your FAR 135.293 135.297 and 135.299 checkrides.
