Anyone have any info on what is going
on with the Vegas air tour operators?
They traditionally do their hiring around
Mar-Apr for the summer season.

I know Scenic has about 30 on furlough.
Looking for info on any of the other companies.

I work for Vision..been pretty slow this winter. You are correct about the hiring in March. Should still be true this year, although you may have to account for less attrition and some guys coming back from furlough.

Scenic, Vision and Air Vegas have the turbine equipment.

Everyone is just trying to survive right now.

Both Vision and Air Vegas have put people on furlough, as well as Scenic.

Whats up with the 1900s at Eagle? I hadnt heard anything about that.

Also, did you find your NFO time helped you move up the food chain? I was an A6 B/N and trying to break out of the Canyon.

If you apply at Scenic and Eagle, do not tell them that you are applying for either one , but instead send a resume to both , the best is to show up at the office at Mc Carran airport and talk to the CP.

I think your experience to this point is right on the mark. I have been very frustrated at some times...but I think the further I go , the more value I get out of the NFO time. I just hit 1500 and will be moved to the left seat of the Dornier this month.

Thanks for the reply
