Flexjet this is everyday now:
14 and 10 do it again! Subpar hotels ever since DAC took over, average 4-5 legs per day. Fatigue calls through the roof. Attrition is high

This seems to be the case across the board.

3 or 4 days of this isn’t horrible but 6,7,8 days of this is over the top.

Yes I agree. The standard at Flex is 6/4 7/7 or 8/4. You are being forced onto really awful schedules because of lack of applicants and attrition. They can't keep people here due to the hostile and adversarial management vs. union mentality. 2NN fails to see the Pilot shortage as a real problem because of the yes men he surrounds himself with. It used to be a good place to work.

A typical TM duty day is 13-ish hours. Day after day.
