Passengers on a Delta Airlines flight from Beijing to Detroit last week were horrified when a Chinese child squatted on his seat and proceeded to defecate, World News, a U.S.-based, Chinese-language news site, reports. The child?s parents spread newspaper on the seat to catch the waste.

Passengers reportedly asked the parents to bring the child to the restroom, but the child?s grandfather insisted that his grandson finish his business at his seat.

Passenger Luolan Gang Wang told Chinese Sina News that an odor filled the plane and passengers were complaining and outraged. A flight attendant spoke with the family but according to China Smack, ?the elders were unmoved, leaving the flight attendant no choice but to drop the subject.?

Radio Free Asia reported the story in a segment and interviewed a Taiwanese flight attendant who said there?s no law prohibiting a child from pooping on his seat. She?s witnessed passengers doing unbelievable things such as washing their hair with shampoo in the lavatory sink.

Chinese social media sites such as Weibo were abuzz about the incident last week and many users attacked the family saying they had embarrassed their country.

?Disgrace to the Chinese people,? one user wrote.

?Disgrace thrown into the sky,? another shared.

SFGate has reached out to Delta public relations for comment. We will keep you updated on any additional news related to this incident.

Really? But they called you to clean it up after they landed, right? Was it juicy? I bet you picked it up with your bare hands you sick piece of cow dung!

Bye Bye---General Lee

To imply this was the General's son would imply the General has had sex...

See where I'm going with this? Not bloody likely

Sad part is not the trash itself but the POS beach goers just laying in it like all is well.

On a separate note, feces is a bio-hazard. Should have detained the parents/guardians for possibly spreading hepatitis, dysentery, pin worms, nematodes, hookworms, meningitis, and E coli to name a few. :puke:

Yeah, whatever happened to required to comply w/ crewmember instructions?- no one met the plane to handle them?
