Highlights:

Q2 Net Income: $20.7M compared to $17.0M last year
2013 Net Income: $24.0M compared to $16.3M last year
Q2 Block Hours: 609,711 compared to 574,884 last year

And chapter 11 within two years when it is too costly to pay for engines and LLP's for lessor return conditions for CRJ 200 that nobody wants? Yes this is a question?
 
^SkyWest is "power by hour" with GE.. Not to metion all "tail risk" was taken away...

Actually, it is my understanding that we already endured the long cycle engine overhauls that last couple of years. They have been vocal about it in the conference calls. We have about completed all the 200's. Endevour never did those overhauls. I believe that our 200's are staying for the long haul. Now if only we could find people to fly them. Apparently, word is out for new hires that reserve here absolutely sucks. So, true story, Chief Pilot was out flying and I took over plane. He said the week before 8 pilots quit from our side. 6 of the 8 were FO's with less than 8 months longevity. This was 2 months ago.
