Shortlisted to interview time at Emirates

Been shortlisted for 2+ years now. Was invited 2x but both times were cancelled or rescheduled and then cancelled. Plenty of heavy Boeing time. Makes no sense.
 
One reason interviews were postponed because of the massive influx of Qantas/Austrian/Ryan Air guys. Plus deliveries slowed down in 2012 to about one 777 a month versus two a month in 2011. Emirates got really picky. Previous Boeing or Airbus time was an unwritten requirement it seems in 2013..

Will definitely pickup again after the 3 month runway closure in dubai May-July 2014.

wow, i usually never revert to name calling, but you are a real piece of work. You keep threatening Americans about being blacklisted at Delta. I do not want to work for Delta, sorry. I plan to be retired before i'm 40.


Qantas was doomed and facing liquidation before the "Emirates bailout" anyway and has nothing to do with the American pilots working here...

And Sniper doesn't even work for Delta, he was a Mesa guy that failed his psychological interview at Emirates

Does DL dislike EK guys? Why would a pilot want to go to Delta after working at Emirates, why not just retire at EK?
