I agree, good 1 day training. Not the same stuff every year, last one was about explaining/justifying your flight department to both inside and outside your organization. Always enjoyed it, they came yearly and did in-house training.

Our department is scheduled to work with them in the near future. Looking at their web page, it looks like they provide a wide range of services. I was just interested in what folks that had used them in the past thought. Sounds positive so far. Thanks!
