Kenmore Air in Seattle. Great place to learn how to fly floats because the conditions aren't always perfect. A little bit more than Sheble but worth it.
 
Depends on what you want? Just a SES added to your ticket or to learn to fly floats.
Browns in central Fla. use to be a great place to add the rating J-3 on floats in 6hrs. did it myself back in the day it was the most enjoyable training I have ever done.
