Does anyone have a Rule of Thumb formula to determine the effect on takeoff roll/performance of an uphill sloping runway using the %UP figure given on NOS approach charts?

A high performance airplane (ie- jet, turboprop) should have data for that specific type on the effect of runway slope.

Turbojets have a chart that will figure out runway slops. I know on the king air we have a chart for slops on short field takeoff and landing.
