We only have 9 to 12 flights per year that require us to deal with regulated garbage when we arrive in the US. We currently have a regulated garbage program where we use an outside vendor to dispose of our garbage. The CBP is now requiring a compliance agreement and a SOP based on their new template.

I am wondering what everyone else does with their regulated garbage? Do you have the new CBP program? Can you avoid having a CBP SOP and compliance agreement if you just contract with the FBO on your field to take your regulated garbage?

We have a high frequency of international arrivals into the US each year and simply pay the FBO to dispose of our trash. Do you have a link to the CBP compliance agreement?

We use an international marked garbage can that is lockable and after customs watch us lock it up, our catering company disposes of it. Probably not the cheapest way to do it, but it is the easiest.
