Once NWA spins you guys off.......Pinnacle Airlines is it?? Do you have language in your contract that will protect your pay rates, work rules, etc.? Or will you have to renegotiate with the new owner?

From what I've been told our contract stays the same until 2005, when it is up again. It doesn't matter who owns us. I'd love to see some changes to our work rules, and of course some increases in pay, but that won't happen.

We'll probably see little to no operational changes, no matter who owns us. NWA will still ultimately have control over us and what we do, just a new name on our checks really.

Jim is correct we will not see any changes to the contract other than those sections that help out management.
