I am currently flying a charter-managed aircraft for EJM (aircraft owned by a private individual). I was offered an interview at EJA. My boss tells me the interview offer will be rescinded at EJA once they find out I am flying a charter-managed aircraft for EJM. (He says he is going to call and make a stink about it). He says there is some kind of agreement that EJA won't hire pilots like me until I resign from the position and one year has passed.

Is this true?

What ever it takes

English,

Do what you have to do. EJA is a great place with a stellar future ahead. Do it the right way so you don't burn a bridge but make the move when you can. Good luck
