What is the story behind the "Ice Cream Man" at Mesaba? I've heard that name many times, but never heard the story behind it.

He would get mad at fo's then scream and shout ...then feel guilty and offer them ice cream to make amends...good stuff indeed!..I believe he got councelling and has anger management "help cards" to read when he feels like he is about to go medieval on some poor fo...serenity now,serenity now...you cant make this sh-stuff up!!
