hello everybody just curious as to how much effect your credit rating can have on getting on with an airline ,i have some bad accounts but i also have some good accounts

i am going to pay them eventually though i just wonder if i should make them a big priority .

has anybody with a bad credit rating gotten a job with the regionals, majors, etc ?
thanks in advance

Fix It

Many employers (not just aviation) believe your credit report reflects directly on your personal responsibility, your integrity and your potential value as an employee.

Make every effort to have a good credit report. If you have any delinquent accounts contact the creditor and explain your financial situation. Many times a creditor will work with you to arrange a payment plan both you and the creditor can work with.

Good luck!
