And there you have it. You knew one would say it if just given the opportunity to run their mouth.

Mr. “Survivor’s” only hope of improving his lot at Onesky is to not advance the entire group through unity, but to advance himself on the backs of his pilot group. The “game” is simple. Fly broke. Fly tired. Don’t let legalities or performance stop you from attempting a flight. Inform on others. Disregard seniority.

Do all these things and you too can advance in the Game if Pawns. Get a bigger plane out of seniority. Unlimited checkride failures. Bend metal at will.

The true hilarity is that Ms. Independence above is totally beholden to and dependent on the graces and whims of one man. You’ve traded the equal yoke of we’re all in the together for the shackles of true dependence. And all for compensation and quality of life that doesn’t compete with the actual fractional industry leader let alone the majors.

You’re not just an a$$hole, you’re a bargain a$$hole. Good luck with that a$$hole.

Another example of the dynamics that lead to the 1108 demise.

Lets make a distinction, the two individuals above (Dirty Beech/ BigMan) are union zealots. Their type ruined it for the good people who are union supporters. The union supporter believes in the protections of collective bargaining and they may have good points to make. They may not be happy at the moment but they want to have a conversation. On the other hand the union zealots are nothing more than a wrecking ball to the cause of collective bargaining. They shout down and intimidate and embarrass those good people on their own side. Now the honest believers in collective bargaining can have a discussion without these foul mouthed bully’s running the show.

Ahhh, look at the temper tantrum. How cute!

A survivor knows many things, one of which is how to improvise, adapt and overcome. I'm not going to defend my decision to anyone here. As I've said before don't hate the player, hate the game. I tried it your beloved union's way and ended up with knives in my back and at one point a threat via telephone. On my worst day as a union volunteer years ago I never sacrificed my professionalism. Not once.

You show your lack of professionalism almost every time you post.

Shackles of dependence? D*mn, thats funny! You advocate for dependence too, just answering to a different master.

Go ahead and call me a$$hole or whatever else your juvenile mind can come up with. I've been called worse and at the end of the day I don't give a d*mn what you think about me. NN created the culture. I choose to work within that culture. You can choose not to, its up to you. Go join the 96,000 guys you're so wowed with and follow the heard. I'll choose my own path. I'll choose to lead.

It's time to move forward. If you choose not to get onboard the train, feel free to get under it. I'll drive the engine.

I'm not even going to consider clicking a link from pornhub, but I will quote it here so that even if you delete it, the mods will eventually see your level of professionalism. Surely there's a Code of Conduct in here. Enjoy your ban.

Mods: REALLY?!?!

Really. I haven’t tried to get a single one of you to stop posting. You and others however, seek to shut down the dissent. Your loser friend Frac Monkey has said it all. He chooses to play Ricci’s game. There’s no way to play that game without doing the things above. Zero. Zilch. You can’t deny it. You can only try to ignore it and squash mentioning it under the guise of civility.

No. I’ve never claimed to be a “survivor” and all that other “look how independent I am” BS. You have a master. You must do it his way or you’re toast.

Don’t deign to lie to us about your professionalism. Sorry. I worked under your brand of dispatch, mx and training. Even with a union to stand in you are constantly pressured with bending the rules, see and avoid, fly with that write up and don’t get me started on your laughable nod at training. You compromise every day to work under Ricci. You’ve already admitted to playing his game his way. That’s his way.

Show my lack of professionalism when I post? This isn’t a Flightdeck. We’re not contemporaries in a terminal, class or even off duty together. You, on the other hand, have already admitted to being willing to throw the entire pilot group under the bus to advance your own gains. Professionalism indeed.

Like Seahawk, squawk or any of the other posters who lie to themselves about the importance of forums like this you don’t debate. Just try to silence dissent. Sorry. You’re as terrible at it as you at trying conceal your thinly veiled motives.

20% of the pilot group has left. I was one of them. It’s a better deal in every quantifiable measure. You’re not going to run anything over with your engine other than your own crank. The only one’s getting railroaded here are the ones who just voted to kill the company they work for. The Ricci way ran Flops into the ground. So much so that you had to go out and buy another company to rebrand. Now you’re onboard with running that company into the ground. You can’t compete with NJ’s or the Airlines with QOL or compensation/benefits and therefore you can’t recruit and you can’t retain.

You’re done. And I’m more than happy to remind you of it every time you try to beat your chest about survivorship, independence or professionalism.

“under the guise of civility” Brilliant! Let’s bring that word to the forefront and thank you for mentioning it, (Civility).
I forgot if you actually work here or not. No matter. The path forward starts with civility. Try it! It won’t hurt, promise.

Why don't you address the issues that he mentioned instead of being a smart aleck? You know good and well that every thing he mentioned is true. We get it. Your side won. But that doesn't mean that the questionable tactics that are going on aren't really happening. You know that Flight Info is a bicker board yet you come on here with your brand new user name and commence to gloating. You're a sore winner and a very classless individual. You fit right right in with Ricci et al. I've been gone for 13 months and last week's vote does nothing more than confirm that I made the right decision in leaving. It's been asked, not necessarily on here, "What did someone like DirtyBeech (or even myself) lose with last week's vote?" The answer is that all was lost for us when we decided to voluntarily forfeit what would now be 11 years of seniority at a company that we once deeply cared for. In fact, our seniority was being forfeited for us when the Globals and Gulfstreams started to be awarded out of seniority. You can gloat all you want and just continue to confirm that most of our suspicions are correct in that guys of your ilk are the types that we no longer want to share a cockpit with. Congratulations, you've turned Flexjet into the Leviathan.

Hey hey V1 you forgot to mention me in that post! LOL! It too validates my choice to be freed from legalized slavery and the cult known as Flexjet.

Foul language, posting links to pornography sites and you call me a smart aleck? That was just yesterday! People are not putting up with this behavior any longer. Understandably some of zealots don’t like it, but they now have an idea how many of the 321 were made to feel. No Sir it’s not gloating it’s pointing out the new reality and perhaps vainly saying enough BS! If my 48 hours on flight info hurt your feelings my apologies.

You want to address issues? What about the people who stalked a restaurant with signs and electronic signage, and who walked in a place of business in uniform taking pictures of couples having dinner at a company event. The people who placed unmarked packages at the homes where children live, the people who mailed pornography and threatening mail to homes. These people didn’t help your cause and they are the ones you should be upset with. The issue of intimidation it has to stop! The call to civility go’s beyond this message board.

Seniority, great subject. First if it ever came to layoffs, seniority order before hitting the street. I would not be harmed if the current list remains unchanged. But others can’t reconcile that pilots who were hired in the 90’s have no accounting for their longevity. Other pilots believe because flex and options have been around about the same amount of time a percentage based formula is better. There’s at least two more ways to look at it and no doubt there’s good arguments to support all positions. My opinion is after public debate vote on it and live with the result. Admittedly easy for me to say but don’t know a better option. For the record the few guys I know who worked on the committee tried to get it right - it’s a no win deal. This is why I support voting on it.

Senority & Red Label - An example comes to mind of a pro union LR45 FO who advocated for seniority everything was one of the first to volunteer for RL 350 captains position. This would have him leapfrogging past many others. Since then, how many more did the same? Out of respect I will make no judgment but only want to point out pilots on both sides seem to have embraced the program . I choose to look at it as non- Red Label fleet more traditional seniority everything or red Label fleet and except the extra caveats of a business owner. This is what the boss wants and it’s his company. A large part of the pilot group signed on and the union couldn’t stop it. This is the company’s business model.

Ive looked at the many posts that seem to dominate the “Fractional” forum over the last few months. From my perspective many were obnoxious and cocky. So I will respectfully except you think I’m gloating and will happily tone it down. Because there’s lots of people who want a chance to discuss issues with civility.

Good of luck where ever you went 13 month ago.
