Anyone have any good info on NetJets hiring for 2016. What the retirements look like in the next few years. And what the current upgrade time looks like. Been with Flex for 9 yrs and looking at NetJets for the long run. Thx

Curious. You would throw away 9 years into a company to essentially go over and get the same contract only be much further down the seniority list? Doesn't make sense unless you honestly believe long term Flex won't make it.

Is your issue your belief we can't/won't get a net jets competitive cba or DAC's ability to manage us a a competitive company?

No doubt NetJets is a great company and many of us who had the choice between them or Flex back in the day have had more than a few chances at wishing we could rewrite history. That said, I think if we hang in there and get to showing some strength in our union ranks, we'll all be pleasantly surprised in a few years.

Not interviewing, but filling a class out of previously interviewed applicants. Phone interviews have started again (I think), which hopefully means face to face interviews soon.

Good luck to all those who are interested.

9yrs....3 furloughs now. Yeh what a great place to work. Temporary like management thinks of. They don't care about people that actually thought of staying here as a career.

Just read Riccis book on career employees, tells all you need to know

The blue hairs can't hang on forever, and we do have more than our share of them.

Oh they can...just ask em :)

In the XL fleet, we have a 78 year old (legacy retiree) who, while blisteringly incompetent, insists he's "just as good as you are" and has no intention of going anywhere. There are many others just like that.

Yep Flex as them too. On both sides. Probably what they don't realize is everyone is talking about them and no one wants to fly with them. But they probably don't care
