How is it living in India? Especially in Gujrat area. I just received a corporate job offter for two years contract and wanted to know, what I can forward to. Any help would be appriciated!!

I have never been there, but I have heard that it is quite a culture shock. I have flown with some pilots who flew in India, they have said that the mass poverty you will see is somewhat troubling, but just the reality. It seems that flight crew (especially airline crew) are treated very very well, and thus you will be treated to some of the finest that India has to offer.

Im geared up to go to New Delhi any day now. The guys who are already there seem to like it so far. Youd be suprised at how well you can live in third world countries. Ive done short term contracts in Tunisia and Gabon and had a blast.

The definition of a good trip to India is a dry fart at top of climb..
