Does anyone know where I can find info on international operations. I am looking for stuff like airspace classification and general operating rules from other countries. For instance, we fly to Canada, but I have no Idea what Canadian Class F airspace is. Also things like speed restrictions, when flight levels begin, etc. Just wonder if anyone knows of a book or website that would have that kind of stuff.

Jepps..

You might try the front of your Jepps. They have a lot of information in the glossary and information about the format, etc.

The Jepps have a full ATC section with PANS-OPS and individual country differences available as part of their coverage. In addition to providing that, my company also publishes a detailed international manual that covers each country and city we operate into with great detail, but the Jepp stuff is better than nothing!
