I am going to try and jumpseat on United to Australia. Has anybody done this since September. I have heard that getting through security in other countries is a problem without a ticket.
Does anyone have any experience or input on international jumpseating. Does United allow jumpseaters on International flights

yes

Just left for a LHR trip with a jumpseater from ATA Connection, chicago Express. The big deal is there must be a seat in back, and these days its a 50-50 chance, but you know how that game goes. Anyway, on the return head to the ticket counter to recieve a boarding pass and pay any necessary taxes at that time. the boarding pass it will be designated for the OMC seat. That should get you through security. And wear your uniform you can always change latter once your on the jet. Good luck.;)
