Has anyone out there done an interview with International Jet Aviation out of APA, Colorado? Thanks

Did one in '99 but moved out of the area with wife's job transfer. Pretty basic- at the time just a one on one with chief pilot. If you are hired as a Lear FO, expect to be on call 6 days a week and be on less than 1 hour call out. Best to live near APA. New pilots then flew organ donor flights mostly.

I think they paid $1000 a month plus $15-20 per flight hour for FO's.

There's also another Lear operator on the north end of APA that does air ambulance work all over. Can't remember the name. Don Jones was the chief contact there. They are in the same office building as Air Methods training dept. Snoop around for that one.

Used to work there. Most everyone I worked with there is gone now. VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE!!! (AT LEAST THER USED TO BE) Most people use it as a "stepping stone" to another job, and the company knows it. Best advice is be yourself, don't BS about staying forever (unless you really plan to) and be willing to do things the "I-JET" way.
