Anybody use that little gold paper to put their name on the Jepp logbook? If so, any ideas to make it look professional or did you just use another method?

Thank You,

My wife had a brass strip engraved and cut to fit the indentation on the cover--looks really sharp and has lasted a few years so far.

My current logbook is the jepp book. It's a good quality book, good quality paper, and more places to jot things down than any reasonable soul has time for.

I didn't use the little gold strip. I went to a local book place, and they stamped my information on the cover for three bucks. It looks better than uneven henscratch with the foil, for what it's worth.

I also had the the information stamped on the log book. The gold strip is for the trash!
