Does anyone know which FSDO is responsible for foreign carriers operating within the U.S.?
I'm trying to get a foreign type rating added to my ATP and the local FSDO is a GA office. Figured if I can find the office used to dealing with foreign carriers it might go substantially smoother.

Thanks folks,
The Pig.

It won't go at all unless it is a type rating on a Canadian certificate. You can only get SIC privileges added unless you go through an approved course and take an FAA checkride in type. Talk to the airman certification people in OKC.

To answer you question though it used to be Pittsburgh.
