While one of the best articles I have seen on the subject, it will hardly be the death of fractional programs. What it boils down to is adequate coverages for insurance packages.
 
I believe many frac operators use 135 restrictions even though the ops are part 91.

This new subpart K should be no problem. Businesses are used to buying insurance, and taking on liability.
