Flight Time Records

I've successfully passed my interview with a foreign carrier , however it seems I have run into a road block. The are requesting certification of my flight hours I've flown with from my previous employers (regional airlines). To my knowledge, PRIA records don't include flight time hours flown. Do airline companies keep track of pilot flight time hours flown at their companies? If not, is there any other way to certify my flight time hours flown at my previous employers?
