Any recommendations where to find good flight bags and roller boards luggage.

I would recommend a Purdy Neat Things roller bag. Just use a search engine for their site. Well made. A lot of the majors supply these to flight crews. I would recommend getting the plastic casing vs the metal because I heard the zipper blows out easier on the metal casing style. Their spendy, but should last you quite awhile.

Well you can't beat Tumi products. I know, I know, they're kind of expensive, but you pay for what you get.

I've been using my Tumi flight kit/bag for 8 years. It's the ballistic nylon you've got to purchase regardless the product. I think Swiss Army makes a ballistic nylon product as well.
