So, like Dumb and Dumber, my odds for a G-V will be "one-in-a-million!" :)

G-V is so much sweeter, but I don't know if I'd like the longer legs. Of course, first order of business is getting out of the military...

Current count is 230 pilots, 38 G-IVSP's and when 642 is delivered, 7 G-V's.

The legs are a consideration, as is your jet having a crew rest area and flying with a third pilot for anything over 12 hours. Droning is droning. At my current company we do very little beyond London to the East or Hawaii to the West which is the exact oposite of my last company where everything was a maximum range effort. I can't tell you how nice it is not to look down on the Progress Page of the SPZ8500 FMS and see 14 hours remaining...
