Hello all,

Just curious if anyone knew if EJA actually pursued people who broke the training contract or is it truly just an intimidation method? What about all those Comair guys? Is EJA actually pursueing some sort of legal action against people?

Curious in NY

I heard the way they were going after the money was by putting a lien on your credit history.

that way they have some leverage. I've heard of this only if you piss them off and just walk away.

If you give them some time and let them know it's not that big of a deal.

EJA contract negotiations

Any of you EJA guys have info on how the negotiations are going with your new contract?

I'm sure we all agree...pilots need to be paid equal to or greater than industry standard at the very least.

:D

negotiations going well, but slow. eja mgt has been totally unprepared and unprofessional with their side of negotiations. however, with prodding from the mec, local, and our atty, they are learning quick.

don't expect a vote before 12/31, though.
