I really am considering looking at the fracs. ACA has been a good place to be until Sept 11th. Since then it's just been downhill, with Sept 11th as an excuse. Now with our new sick policy, it's time to go. So does 4300TT, 1150 MEL, 850 Turb(500 is PIC) look good enough to be competetive at EJA? I've been trying to get on board at Swift Air for 1.5 yrs and just give up. SO EJA looks like the best choice. Any opinions? Please, if you are going to be a jerk/off in your replies, skip it. Only interested in mature and professional pilots opinions here. Thanks

I'm not involved in the hiring process, but judging from the guys I've done IOE with your times would definately be competitive. Give it a shot, what can you lose?
