So if I am not mistaken, it is basically the same as the way that things are run now. If you are a LR45 guy than you fly 45's, etc.

This plan of theirs however is only going to apply to which aircraft? Sounds like Ricci is trying to pull something.

It only applies to the 350's, I believe. Maybe the 604/5's? It wil not apply to the 45 or 75's.

One of the FO pilots was offered SIC in the 45 for now. When the 350s come on line, they will be offered a PIC slot.

Written with such conviction about something he knows nothing about.

If what you are saying is true then we wouldn't be hiring them into the 45. We get 350s this year, why would we train them in the 45 just to train them in the 350?

If KR is all about the $$ he would just have us wait and put them straight into the 350.

Why settle for a CL350 when the Gulfstreams are just around the corner...

If the dedicated crew brain spasm takes hold and the seniority system for fleet aircraft is undone, it will light a fuse heading toward a very big boom.

Bingo. Starting to see how flops got a union yet???? Ricci can't wake up in the morning and change policy cause his wife told him it would be a good idea and no bj if he don't.

KR himself attended the signing with Gulfstream and provided the news release quote. No pics or quotes from Flex leadership.

ahh, isn't KR the head of Flex leadership....

Seems the majority of Flex guys think there management is running the place. I think a lot of them are getting slapped with a bit of reality. KR couldn't keep things there status quoe till the union got voted out. The guy just can't help himself
