I was trying to jump on you ATLSBN on monday, and CASS responded with no agreement - I thought all 121 dispatchers were welcome on the PCL JS... I ended taking mainline DL to MDW and a bus to SBN...

The CASS system does not track JS agreements. 9E has agreements with just about every airline. There are some however that will not let our DX'rs JS such as Fed EX. In that case their DX'ers would not have an agreement with us ether.
