Your company should have given or will give you manuals. Why do you need them?


An RJ is not an owner flown, or recreational aircraft. You should get this info when you go to training. If you want to get a head start, your employer should provide these materials.
 
or if you want to buy one like anyone else with money go to crjstudyguide.com...its like 40 bucks and its pretty in depth...
