I have an extra bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house 15 min from CVG and was thinking of renting it out as a crashpad, but have no idea what a fair price is. any suggestions?

Thanks.

I would have someone post a note on the Comair crewroom, since they are hiring right now. For a private room, you can usually get about $2-300, depending on the size and if it's furnished. Crashpads only get about $150 or so. Some people price it on how often someone is there, for commuters, and some price it on what you are providing. Depends on what you want, a roomate that's never home, or more money. Hope this helps you.
