Where do I find the country codes for VENEZUELA, NETHERLANDS ANTILLES, AND PROVIDENCIA-CAICOS ISLANDS?

Duats doesn't recognize the three letter identifer...

I noticed when I searched around the Venezuelan lat/longs that all the airports that had identifiers began with SV such as SVIC or SVCD. Here is a link to do a lat/long search returning the airport data for places within your specified radius.
