What is everyone's experience commuting between Denver and Atlanta? Good, bad, easy?

All feedback appreciated!

Whom do you fly for? With the exclusion of off-line jumpseaters in the cockpit, this will be an issue.

Congrats on the AirTran gig. I think that's a good one. We'll be sharing a concourse in ATL.

A friend of mine at ASA did it for awhile, but of course he had the advantage of non-rev on Delta, as well as access to cockpit jumpseats on Delta, United and Frontier. He had no problems, but hasn't had to do it since last summer. I don't know what the post-9.11 situation is like. Let me talk to him about it and I'll get back to you. Hopefully someone else who actually does it can pitch in as well.

Two options

You have two options for direct flights, Delta and Frontier
Delta is good if you are the first one there, but Frontier will give you a seat as long as there is one in the back. I use them to get to work thru OMA. Last week, it was me and a Comair guy. Like Air Tran they take as many Jumpseaters as there are seats in the back.

Have fun at Air Tran, the B-717 is a nice ride.
