How are the current Commutair schedules ?

Are the trips commutable

Average number of days on a trip

Average number of days off between trips

How long on reserve or is a line possible after IOE

I believe the company also has a different type of pilot bidding system and was wondering how it works especially for new hires

They currently offer schedule-dependent offers each month, depending in base and seat.
The trip may be commutable if it starts late and finishes before last departing issues.
Average number of days per trip is usually on par with current capacity and dependent on user interface with crew scheduling.
While on IOE do not ask how long you will be on reserve as this tends to lead to forced silence.
Above all: Do NOT wear cowboy boots in the cockpit.
