WOW!!! Sleeping on the Job, and now watching and transmitting movies over the Freq. These guys just can't get a break. Looks like a few more ATC jobs opening up soon.


"The controller's microphone was inadvertently activated, transmitting the soundtrack of the movie -- the 2007 crime thriller "Cleaner," starring Samuel L. Jackson -- for more than three minutes to all the planes in the airspace that the controller was supposed to be monitoring, the agency said."

I remember being in ATL/Hampton on mid shifts as a guest and some guys had boom boxes at their chairs while a couple others played acoustic guitar.
 
My dad worked mid shifts and they would set up VCR's and TV's in the isle way back in the 80's.
 
I was in Hampton in the late 90's and early 00's.
