Don't be fooled by this state controlled media hype. Flow control has been replaced by flow control plus reroutes. PLA air ops still gobble huge volumes of airspace. On top of that, flights are getting speed restrictions and non-optimal altitudes.

There are still too few airways within a too rigid airspace system.Sunny days, thundery days - makes no difference. Stand by due to flow control.
