C560 pay question

Wondering what pay should be for an Encore job. Job title is co-pilot, however I fly as PIC half of the time. Type rated. 300-400 hours of flying a year. average about two overnights per week(sometimes more/sometimes less). 401k and health insurence included. I am coming from two and a half years at a regional flying the Crj. Did 135 charter prior to that in leers (so I do have corperate experience). my flight time is around 4500.

If you are on the west coast the going rate for that kind of experience and position would be 55-60k. I interviewed for a similiar position a while back.
