How many of you folks have completed the phone interview and have yet to be further notified.

Do they send "No Thanks" letters or do they just leave you hanging?

I had the phone interview Feb 2nd and no word yet.

Have any interviewed and been called since then?

Thanks...

Just wondering if I'm a poor telephone personality???

crow,

I am in the same boat with you. I interviewed on the phone on the 6th. I talked to someone hired early on who said he heard in about ten days after the phone interview. I have been beginning to think maybe I will be getting a letter in the mail since i have not heard yet and it's been about 20 days. Which is supprising because i thought the phone interview went well, guess you never know.

I do have some small hope that they may still call. I was also told that they were ramping up their hireing. Maybe, just maybe they can't keep up with the numbers they are interviewing and it is taking longer to hear.

checking the voicemail and mailbox multiple times a day

One of my friends, a Midwest pilot who was on this board interviewed with them fairly quickly after the phone process and interviewed in Dallas.

She elected to go to EJA without much thought when offered.
