Greetings all:
I'm working on Masters in Aviation Safety at Florida Tech focusing on the reduction of pilot skills as a result of increased levels of automation. Could any of you folks comment on what your automation policies are in a PM or an e-mail. Airline names will not be used, however I have 3 branches for automation policies, Regional, Major and International Carriers. Concurrent with the automation policies, I have ASRS and internal data from all 3 branches that focus on Pilot Deviations and unstable approaches with the automation off to wrap it all up.

I would certainly appreciate any and all info in a PM or an email.

Thanks
Bryan

I'll take whatever, I used the hyphen instead of three dots but if you're willing to share I'd certainly appreciate it.
