i just got my ATP and curious if there is a preferred format on a resume? spell it out with limitations or use abbreviations ATP:MEL? thanks in advance.

Spell it out completely, e.g. :

Airline Transport Pilot: Multi-Engine Land
Commercial Privileges: Single Engine Land

Something like that.

You need to help the recruiting coneheads as much as possible, so don't confuse them with potentially esoteric abbreviations.
