Am I the only one that thinks the MEC should be in the lounge enough that it isn't big news they made themselves available to us one day for 3 hours.

no you're not, they should be there AT LEAST once a week, during the day, and again in the evening for the 'shift' workers

Yeah cause it's so much easier to speak to them in person than take your cell phone out and call them about your concerns.

Have you actually tried this? Good luck getting them to pick up or call you back. I don't even bother anymore.
