AS3/AEPS fair in IND

Hey everybody I was looking at the AEPS website and saw that some of the regionals I want to work for will be there, my question is will I need to be an AEPS member to get in? The site isnt real clear on this, AEPS site says one thing and the AS3 site another. Are these things even worth attending? Any clarification would be great.
