About Scholarship offerings through Women in Corporate Aviation
WCA is pleased to announce the newest lineup of scholarship offerings to be offered at the 67th Annual NBAA Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in Orlando, Florida. Applicants must apply by August 1, 2014 and the winning recipients will be notified on September 7. The awards ceremony will be held on October 22, 2014, during the 2014 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition. WCA 2014 Scholarships are available for flight, maintenance, management, flight attendant and other corporate aviation career advancement programs.
WCA NBAA 2014 scholarship rules:
? Applicants must be current, dues-paying WCA members.
? To join or renew your WCA membership, visit: http://www.wca-intl.org/join-or-renew/.
? WCA is not responsible for housing, transportation or other associated fees.
? The awards must be used within one calendar year.
? Applications must include a 500-word essay, two letters of recommendation and certificates, transcripts, and r?sum?s, as applicable. For additional rules, and, to apply for a WCA scholarship, visit http://www.wca-intl.org/scholarship-application.

The WCA scholarship program is self-funded through member dues and sponsorships from contributing individuals and corporations. Scholarships are offered twice annually with the amount based on current funding.
Donated awards in addition to the WCA offered scholarships are presented at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention and Exposition (NBAA) and at the Women in Aviation, International (WAI) conference. Companies or individuals who wish to donate scholarship awards may contact the us for details. Donations in any amount are welcome toward the WCA Career, WCA Management or WCA International Career scholarships at any time. All sponsors are recognized for their contributions in our newsletters, website, and presentations where appropriate.
