    Options has had problems keeping planes on the runway back at least 15 years. Next, for anyone who knows anything about accountancy, it's NOT about profit it's about cash flow. Ricci provides an ROI in the short term because that is how he is judged by the investors.

    Is your time off really your time off? The company is trying to contact crew members while in "extended rest". While there is no obligation to answer, the questioning from the scheduler implies you are EXPECTED to answer.

    The bonus? Its a one time payment, but I thought there was 12 million to divide between the pilot group? Phildo, where are you?
